Rajendra S Pawar is the Chairman and Co-Founder of the NIIT Group which encompasses two businesses - NIIT Limited, the leading Global Talent Development Corporation and NIIT Technologies Limited, the software and services arm. He is currently involved in developing an innovative model in Higher Education- the not-for-profit NIIT University (NU) at Neemrana, Rajasthan. He is deeply engaged in shaping NU as the leading centre of innovation and learning in emerging areas of the Knowledge Society.
As the Chairman of India's IT industry body- National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) in 2011-12, Mr. Pawar led several ICT industry initiatives, giving voice to the sector's aspirations and goals. Earlier as President of MAIT (Manufacturers' Association for Information Technology) during 1990-92, Mr. Pawar integrated its activities into those of other leading industry associations in India. MAIT played a significant part in shaping the IT policies of the Government of India during this formative phase. He has been awarded the country's prestigious civilian honour, Padma Bhushan by the President of India in 2011.
Known for promoting industry-academia alliances, Mr. Pawar has been working closely with the country's well-known educational institutions. He is on the Board of Governors of IIT Delhi, as well as on the Board of- IIM Bangalore, IIM Udaipur, The Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, The Scindia School and SMVD University of Jammu & Kashmir. Mr. Pawar is a member of the University Court of Delhi University, and has served on the board of IGNOU.
Mr. Pawar graduated with a BTech in Electronics from IIT Delhi.

Vijay K. Thadani is the Chief Executive Officer of NIIT Limited, a leading Global Talent Development Corporation. As the co-founder of NIIT Group, he has built an organization that is recognised for its visionary role in bringing the benefits of Information Technology, both as a professional skill and as a learning tool, to the masses. He is the co-founder of the not-for-profit, NIIT University established in 2009 with a vision of being the leading centre of innovation and learning in emerging areas of the Knowledge Society.
Vijay led the Group's globalization efforts since 1991, taking the NIIT flag to over 40 countries. He serves on the Board of NIIT Technologies Limited, a leading SEI-CMMi Level 5 assessed IT Solutions organisation, servicing customers in the USA, Europe, Japan, Asia Pacific, and India.
He has been actively engaged with many Industry Associations. He served as President of the Indian IT industry association, MAIT, chaired the Indian Government's Committee on National Information Infrastructure and has been a member of the Strategy Council of Global Alliance for ICT and Development of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA-GAID). He served as the Chairman of the IT Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in USA, as the Chairman of CII National Committee on Education, India and as the Chairman of CII Northern Region for 2011- 2012. He also served as the Chairman of the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET), which works under the aegis of the Quality Council of India as also as Chairman of Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Allahabad.
A 'Distinguished Alumnus' of the premier Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, Vijay was honored with the position of 'Economic Consultant' to Chongqing, world's largest city in the People's Republic of China.

P. Rajendran Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of NIIT Limited (NIIT), is part of the core team that has developed the organisation and brought it to its present position of international standing, since its inception in 1981. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Today, Mr. Rajendran leads the People, Infrastructure & Technology initiatives and the School Solutions Business at NIIT. He facilitates the company's thrust with Governments in many countries for skills development in a public private partnership mode. A people-person and a believer in leveraging Information Technology for Human Resources competitiveness, he has helped NIIT emerge as one of the most exciting places to work. Under his leadership, the Company has received many awards in recognition of its innovative HR practices, including Aon Hewitt's Best Employers in India- 2011, 'Best Education Company to Work with' at Indian Education Awards 2011 and 'India's Best Companies to Work for 2011'.
Mr. Rajendran is actively associated with industry associations like CII, NASSCOM and FICCI. He is member of the CII National Council, Chairperson of the Task force on ICT & Skills development in CII Africa Council, member of the CII National Committee on Skills & Human Resources and Chairman of the CII Higher Education Committee.

Sapnesh Lalla is at the helm of the rapid growth and development of NIIT's Learning Solutions for Enterprises business across North America and Europe. Sapnesh joined NIIT in 1992 and has enjoyed a long and accomplished tenure at the company. Sapnesh has been a pioneer for NIIT in the USA market ever since he relocated to the United States in 1996 as a Group Consultant. Under his leadership, NIIT has grown to become an established learning outsourcing solutions provider with its Managed Training Services offering..
Kirti Seth is a Chief Business Officer for NIIT Uniqua. She now has over 12 years of experience in working with the global outsourcing industry and other customer facing organisations in training. She drives new customer acquisition, solutioning as well as bringing the wealth of NIIT's 30 year training experience to this industry. Best practices created in other parts of NIIT can be tailored to the unique requirements of the outsourcing industry leading to big wins for customers who have the option of engaging with an organization that matches them in size and intellectual strength to meet their specific needs.
Kirti has 24 years of experience in heading operations for different companies. The exposure to diverse organization structures - companies like Nestle, Daiwa,Citibank,Evolv and her entrepreneurial role at Finedge - have shaped the key tenets to Kirti's leadership style.
Kirti has an MBA from IIM Calcutta in Finance and Economics and Bachelors Degree from Hindu College, Delhi University.
Manish Mohan is Senior Vice President at NIIT Limited.
Manish has a wide range of experience as an instructional designer, manager and business leader in the field of learning and development. He has been in this industry for more than twenty years now.
He has held varying responsibilities in many functional roles, including customer engineer, programmer, EDP head, instructional designer, project manager, head of quality and information systems, account manager, delivery head and most recently, business leader and sales. He has a rich experience of working across the world in countries including USA, Ireland, France, Malaysia, Singapore and Guyana. He has led engagements with many Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, Pearson, Countrywide Finance, and UBS.
Manish is an engineering graduate in Electronics from University of Pune. He has also undergone Leadership Skills for Top Management from Indian School of Business (ISB). He is also a certified trainer for Crosby's Complete Quality Management System.
Manish was appointed as a Director on the Board of the Company in August, 2011.
Amit Aggarwal is a Senior Vice President and Global Leader- Training & Development at Genpact and is responsible for strengthening Genpact's positioning as an employer of choice, supporting the building of expertise in Genpact, Leadership Development and enabling zero surprise transitions and operations.
Amit's leadership responsibilities at Genpact also include overseeing the Company's CSR and Diversity initiatives. Amit has been with Genpact for 12+ years, primarily in the areas of Business Process Improvement and Human Resources.
Amit started his career with Accenture in their Management Consulting Practice.
He has an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and a Bachelors Degree from St. Stephens College, Delhi University.

Nitin Bhat is a Global Hiring & HR Shared Services Leader for Genpact. He is responsible for hiring resources in over 20 countries, and also for HR Shared Services from "hire-to-retire", like on-boarding, background checks, benefit and retrials administration and exit process.
In his previous role, he was the country manager for Genpact in Guatemala helping set up operations there and growing the same to over 1,000 employees in a couple of years. Overall, he has worked for almost 10 years in Genpact/GE and held various operating leadership and training roles.
Before Genpact, Nitin worked with Hindustan Unilever Limited in the Sales & Marketing Area and with Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd. in executing turnkey projects in the area of power generation, transmission & distribution from concept to commissioning.
Nitin is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
Nitin was appointed as a Director on the Board of the Company in September, 2012.
Lokesh Mahajan is the Associate Vice President & Zonal Delivery Head for Uniqua North Zone. He is responsible Business Development, Managing and creating more business opportunities for NIIT Uniqua through Genpact account at North Zone.
Lokesh comes with an overall work experience of 18 years with over 12 years in Training fraternity. His training expertise ranges from Product , Process training, hiring to Professional and Leadership Skills curriculum. His forte lies in his diligent outlook towards business metrics and ensuring all explicit and implicit needs of the customers are addressed. He has worked in business operations, leading teams of various product offerings and various trainings teams.
Before NIIT he was Senior Manager Training at Genpact managing various business training accounts and conducting Professional and Leadership Skills trainings as a part of the Corporate training team .
Dilip Karan Singh Rathore is the Learning and Development Head for the company. He is responsible for Quality,Business Development and End to End Training solutions.
He comes with an overall work experience of Over 15 years in Learning and Development. His training expertise ranges from Product/Voice and Accent, hiring to Leadership Skills trainings like 7 Habits of highly effective people by Steven R Covey. He is also accomplished in psychometric tools like MBTI and True Colours that help businesses understand their employees better. To understand the business and struggles of the Operations world he worked with the operations team for 2 years to be able to provide customised training solutions.
Before moving to GE in 2001 and later GENPACT he worked in the field of Media and Schools in the capacity of Learning & Development Facilitator.
Dilip is an Economics Honours graduate from Wilson College Mumbai, University Of Mumbai.
Rajeev Bubber is the Zonal Delivery Head for NIIT Uniqua for Hyderabad. He is responsible for Business Development and end to end Training solutions. He is responsible for catering to Genpact's training needs in terms of professional skills, English communication, domain training, technical IT topics etc.
He has worked his way up the ranks as he started out as a trainer himself back in 2006. Rajeev has spent 8 years in the US working for Sprint Telecommunications and Toyota, the automobile giant as a Team leader, Sales.
Rajeev is a Commerce graduate from Anna University in Chennai.
